Greg is a Managing Partner of Alexander Funding, LLC. He is also the Founder and Vice President of Central Constriction Management LLC, a General contractor with a focus on building envelope restoration.

Central is an industry leader having performed some of the most complex city and National Landmark projects. Greg is a licensed Special Riggerand licensed Site Safety Manager.

Born and raised in New York City, a graduate of St. Johns University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate in Law.

Greg’s initial foray into the industry was focused on the Hospitality Sector, developing and repositioning restaurants.

With over 30 years of diverse experience, as a general contractor, developer, owner, and operator, Greg brings a unique skill set to the lending/Consulting business.

Currently lives with his wife and children in Douglaston, Queens.
