Michael is a Managing Partner of Alexander Funding, LLC.

He is the President of Central Construction Management. His 25 years of experience include; Selling one, two, and three family homes throughout the New York and New Jersey metropolitan areas; Acquisition, repositioning and disposition of Real Estate in the NY metro area; Ground-up residential construction with a core competency in excavation, S.O.E, Super Structure, masonry and waterproofing.

Michael is a licensed Special Rigger, Site Safety Manager, and Concrete Safety Manager, a licensed real estate broker, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St John’s University.

He currently serves as the Vice President of the New York City Special Riggers Association, and chairs the Department of Buildings committee.
